Welcome to Reading on a Sunday Afternoon, a weekly feature where you can tell us about you're currently reading. The title comes from Queen song, "Lazy on a Sunday Afternoon".
Before I tell you about my current read, I have a small announcement to make. Last year, my review for Adventures of the Creeping Man was featured in Book Bloggers International. I had a ton of fun with that little guest post, so when an opportunity arose again, I didn't hesitate. I'm going to write a guest post for their latest feature, Bookish Beasts. I'm working on it right now.
Yesterday I finished Felicia Day's memoirs, You're Never Weird on the Internet (Almost), and now I'm going to read a book that's been on my TBR for a couple of months now:
Orange is the new black is an autobiographical book by Piper Kerman. It has been adapted into a very popular Netflix series with the same name. Basically, I want to read this book so that I can watch the show.
